How do repeat prescriptions work?
Order online, by phone or through your pharmacy. Allow 48 hours (two working days) — weekends and holidays don't count.
How do I get test results?
Call after the time your clinician advised, or check online. We'll always contact you directly if anything needs urgent follow-up.
What if I need help when you're closed?
Call NHS 24 on 111 — free, 24 hours a day. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 999.
Can I choose phone or video appointments?
Yes, where clinically suitable. Tell reception your preference and the clinician will confirm the best format for your problem.
