Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before work starts (pre-slot) — Full refund
Cancel before your booked slot begins and before we start building → full refund. Email husain@hakeemi-cloud.com with order # — processed in 5–7 business days to original method.
After build started / after slot — Non-refundable setup
Setup fee covers design + domain check + hosting allocation. Once slot starts and build begins, setup fee is non-refundable. If we miss 30-min window (Starter/Multi-page), request priority rebook or full refund within 7 days.
Domain booked
If domain already registered, domain fee (₹1,000 / $12 equiv) is non-refundable — domain stays yours for 1 year.
Renewal cancellation
Cancel anytime before renewal date — no charge next year. No prorated refund for partial year. We email 14 days before renewal.
Custom plan
Custom quotes have milestone terms in proposal. Generally 50% advance non-refundable after kickoff.
